Kenya Universities Quality Assurance Network (KuQAn) is a professional body that networks all Quality Assur-ance (QA) practitioners and Enthusi-asts. It was formed and the constitution promulgated in 2014.
KuQAn is now fully registered by the Republic of Kenya, under the Registra-tion of Business Names Act, (Cap 499, Section 14) as an association with Reg. No. BN/2016/410778.
KuQAn Registration was in consulta-tion with;-
- Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST)
- Commission for University Educa-tion (CUE).
KuQAn is now recognized by:-
- East African Universities Quality As-surance Network (EAQAN) and
- International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Edu-cation (INQAAHE)
KuQAn was officially launched on 28th April 2016 at a CUE sponsored function
